Eureka Dynamometric Tamper Plate

The Eureka Dynamometric tamper was designed to improve tamp consistency and reduce channeling. The spring mechanism assist the barista apply a consistent 30lbs of pressure and the plate on the tamper rest on top of the portafilter to ensure a perfectly perpendicular tamp.
